Order Fulfillment Timeline
• Pre-order items:
Pre-order items are typically items that we are expecting to be stocked or re-stocked imminently. Please note that these items can take between 5-15 business days to be shipped or marked as 'ready for collection'.
Please note: Bulk or customized orders may require additional time. We will notify you if there are any delays.
• Order Processing:
Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping or collection within 3 working days.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 2nd Class Service (Untracked but marked as 'Delivered' upon successful delivery. Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after despatch. Please note that Romford Town Flyers FC will not be held responsible for any delays related to shipping length.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically between 2-3 weeks.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size. For bulk or team orders, please contact us directly for custom shipping rates.
Collection Options
We offer the following free of charge collection methods:
• King George's Playing Fields on Thursdays and Saturdays
• Westland's Playing Fields on every other Saturday and Sunday
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that Royal Mail 2nd Class Service is untracked but gets marked as 'Delivered' upon successful delivery. If you wish to use a different shipping method please contact us via email hello@romfordtownffc.com
